If you love waffles and want to eat low carb, this recipe is absolutely delicious!

These waffles are so easy to make and taste delicious! I use a Dash waffle maker and it’s so easy. Plus you can make all kinds of great tasty things in this!

Ingredients:

  • 4oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 4 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (I use erythritol)
  • 1 T vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • And…shredded cheese

I know the cheese sounds weird but it doesn’t change the taste and it gives it a good crunchiness.

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients except the cheese. Shred some cheese and sprinkle a little on the waffle iron and then put your batter on top. Then sprinkle a little more cheese on top of the batter before you close the waffle iron.

Then enjoy delicious waffles. These are the best low carb waffles I’ve ever tried! So good!
