The RemainStrong Return Policy (we kinda hate that term) is really simple: we want to do all we can to make you happy and give you an awesome experience. If for whatever reason you don't like a product you purchased, please let us know ASAP. Fill out the form below and submit it. Our team of patriots will respond within 48 hours, Monday - Friday.
Please keep in mind we partner with another company in the fulfillment of our products and there is a process we must follow, so we ask for grace and patience as we handle any returns. Rest assured we'll do everything within reason to make it right. Cool?
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product is received.
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Need a different size? Follow the return process to send back your product in original and clean condition. We'll issue a store credit so you can get a new product.
RemainStrong will offer store credit for products you're unhappy with and in certain circumstances may issue a refund based on the situation.
Shipping Your Returns
We will provide you with a free shipping label for any misprinted/damaged/defective items to be returned.
If you are sending back a product due to sizing errors, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
